Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
Returns
Products must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Refunds
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
